The mS100 SSD is 8 times smaller than a traditional 2.5-inch hard drive, making it perfect for hard drive replacements in small form factor or embedded system builds.

By integrating Kingston’s mS100 mSATA SSD with a hard drive and Intel’s Smart Response Technology on a Z68 motherboard, desktop users can experience the performance of an SSD with the large capacity and low cost of a hard drive. Intel’s technology recognizes frequently accessed data and copies them to the SSD (SSD caching). This decreases system, application and frequently accessed software load times.
